A: We saw your shipping choice was Registered SAL (Delivery Time: 7-45 days) , the most economical way to ship your package and it takes more time to be tracked than any other shipping methods since it is carried slower than other shipping methods. Since Drive Driver failed to be popular with the concepts to have 2 devices for one on your belt, and the other on your wrist. No wonder the simple Mach Driver has became more popular to the Drive Driver after the show ended.
Popular one will come with higher values. That is how the market works and is why we brought our used toys to our store. Although we hunt for the pre-owned DX Mach Drivers, their market prices are still steep and naturally it effects our prices as well.

Yes, we have been able to process your credit cards but only through Paypal. But there was always a same issue bothered our customers (specially new customers to use us...) wether they should have a paypal account or not. Our customers do not have to have a paypal account and they can still use their credit cards at our site with Paypal's "External Gateway" service. Nice, right? But not so...
It is always nice to have another option to use any services I believe, however, it has been a kind of showdown for our new and first customers who is not really familiar with "Paypal" services at all. No wonder our new customers get puzzled when it comes to their checkout pages and see "Paypal" logo and some cases they just gave up our services :(
Thanks to Stripe.com, now we can simply accept your credit cards (Visa, Master, Amex and Debit cards) without worrying about wether you should use Paypal or not. Of course you we continue to use Paypal Payments but as I said, it is always nice to have a backup plan :)

To start tracking your item, please use our "Packing & Tracking Services" page, you see a search window for your tracking number and simply type in your tracking number to the search window and click "Track" to start your search.
A: Japan Post Office has this insurance program for all of their registered SAL & Airmails for maximum value of 6000 yen in actual damage or lost. In these cases, please note that Japan Post requires to do their investigation on all the delivery route starting from our local post office to your local one. And this investigation will take 1 or 2 months to conduct before Japan Post conclude a result.
